These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Strut (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. About Strut

Strut helps online creators access cash advances against income they have already earned. The Service is currently in beta. Figures we show you — including estimated income and any advance amount — are estimates for information only and are not a binding offer of credit.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

3. Connecting your accounts

You may choose to connect third-party accounts (such as YouTube) or upload documents (such as a bank statement) so we can verify your income. You confirm that you are authorised to share that information and that it is accurate. You can disconnect a connected account at any time.

4. Estimates are not an offer

Any estimate or pre-qualification shown in the Service does not guarantee that you will be offered an advance or any particular amount or terms. Actual offers, if any, are subject to verification, eligibility checks, and a separate agreement.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access it through unauthorised means, interfering with its operation, submitting false information, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its content, design, and trademarks, belongs to Strut. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that estimates will be accurate.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Strut will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or end your access to the Service at any time if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
